Is it possible to use the gdc-client command on Yale’s HPC clusters to facilitate the transfer of TCGA datasets?

You can install it by your self with

wget ​https://gdc.cancer.gov/files/public/file/gdc-client_v1.6.1_Ubuntu_x64.zip
unzip ​gdc-client_v1.6.1_Ubuntu_x64.zip
