I just applied and was granted a Discovery access allocation. I’ve tried to follow the instructions and links on the website to exchange the credits for SU’s on TACC’s Stampede cluster. When I go to Manage allocations, I can see my allocation, but there is no where that gives me the option to “exchange”. There is a drop down menu that gives the option to “transfer”. Does it take some time before an exchange can be made after the allocation is made? A screen-shot of what I should see/click on would be helpful. Thank you, Magali

You will want to use the “Transfer” action to request the exchanging of Credits to the SUs on a resource or resources. You will want to be aware of the Exchange Calculator located here:
https://allocations.access-ci.org/exchange_calculator
Once you have settled on the exchange numbers you will enter these into the appropriate resource(s) fields in the Transfer request. Once the Transfer request is received by Allocations staff the Resource Provider will evaluate/review your request. You will be notified of their recommendation and awards will be activated on resources.
