I haven’t use the software IMOD in HPC for 5 years, today I try to run it, but it doesn’t work any more, the error message is:
**[yw5@p02r09n19 ~]$ imod**
**qt.qpa.xcb: could not connect to display localhost:29.0**
**qt.qpa.plugin: Could not load the Qt platform plugin "xcb" in "" even though it was found.**
**This application failed to start because no Qt platform plugin could be initialized. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.**
**Available platform plugins are: xcb.**
It looks like Reinstallling the software might be a good idea, but it’s difficult for me to install the software to HPC by myself. If your staff can help me to reinstall the IMOD, it will be really appreciated!
