Do you have a Tufts HPC cluster account?
If you don’t have one, please go to https://research.uit.tufts.edu/ and fill out the “Request account for Research Computing Cluster” form to get cluster access.

INSIDE TUFTS NETWORK
If you were on Tufts network and still are having issues trying to log into login.cluster.tufts.edu, please send us your IP address (http://www.myipaddress.com/what-is-my-ip-address/)
OUTSIDE TUFTS NETWORK
If you were external, you will need to connect to the Tufts VPN first before accessing the cluster.
