Does anyone experience or recommendations for consulting companies (and individual contractors) that can install, maintain and develop HPC gateways based upon OpenOnDemand (OOD), and other technologies such as Globus, RShiny, RStudio (server and gateway) as well as other typical technologies used in research computing portals?

What is the timeline for this? Are you looking for a form of long term service agreement?
The OOD folks would be happy to help and can actually integrate RShiny, RStudio into OOD for you. That shouldn’t be a challenge for them. As for Globus, if you pay for a subscription and have a network team that will help with firewalls then the Globus folks are really helpful.
