How do I get in touch with CCV? What mediums are available for seeking help?

If you need help with a specific resource supported by CCV, there are several options:

  • Check the CCV documentation, the answer may already be available there (https://docs.ccv.brown.edu/documentation/)
  • Contact the CCV support staff at support@ccv.brown.edu
  • Ask a question on this topic board. This is a good option if you think that other CCV users or even the extended AskCI community may be able to help.
  • If you would like in-person help, you can also come to CCV office hours. The next office hours are posted at the bottom of our website at https://ccv.brown.edu/
